Prima Construction

We are a women owned and operated residential remodeling company with over twenty years of experience remodeling homes. Our founder started remodeling homes after getting degrees in architecture and discovering a joy in helping people refinish and update their older spaces to something they love. We focus on being honest, fair in pricing and communicating openly along the way so you are happy with the final product.

Our own hands

The key factor that makes Prima Construction different is we do the work ourselves. While other builders hire subcontractors who often hire other subcontractors we have our own in-house team of expert craftsmen. This allows us to ensure timely quality and keep overhead costs low. For major electrical or plumbing work we work with other licensed professionals who also do not use subcontracted labor.

Vision

Whether you’re looking for a full home remodel or just one room we want your experience with Prima Construction to be second-to-none. Our first meeting with you is a complimentary consultation in your home, when we listen to YOU and the ideas you envision for your home.

Design

Let us guide you through the process of remodeling your home to make it as smooth as possible. We’ll look at both the big picture and the small details of the project to ensure you’re comfortable and confident with your selections, choices and budget.

Build

Each job is a priority to our team, and we want to exceed your expectations, so we’ll ask you for a testimonial about our work ethic, service, team and project outcome. At final walk-through, we will explain the operation of all your new fixtures and appliances. Your total satisfaction is our priority.
