It works exclusively on older urban homes in the Twin Cities and specializes in residential remodeling. It makes a profit for the owners of the company and provides an enriching and exciting environment and fair compensation to its employees and trade partners. Castle strives to enrich and support the communities where it works and is located.

A makeover is a simpler form of a kitchen remodel, and normally involves saving the cabinets and updating parts of the kitchen. Makeovers range from replacing countertops to major projects that change spaces and transform styles.

KITCHEN REMODEL

A kitchen remodel starts by gutting the space to the studs to allow for a brand new kitchen. Kitchen additions are common in older homes where space was at a premium when the home was constructed, and kitchen and dining space was often undervalued. From small cantilevered additions to two-story additions, kitchens are often the reason we add on to our homes. Removing a wall is an easier project than an addition, but often creates the same effect by connecting two spaces where the sum is greater than the two individual units.

A makeover is a simpler form of a bathroom remodel, and normally involves the existing walls, floors and ceilings to remain while the shower is gutted to the studs. Makeovers range from replacing plumbing fixtures and converting tubs into showers to major projects that change spaces and transform styles.

A bathroom remodel starts by gutting the space to the studs to allow for a brand-new bathroom. Bathroom additions are common in basements and when new laundry / mudroom spaces are being created. We often add new bathrooms to the main floor in older homes where they previously were not a necessary or desired feature.

Castle Building & Remodeling utilizes a unique team approach that provides experts to assist you in each phase of the remodeling project. Many remodeling companies rely on one associate to help their client through the sales, design, estimating, and project management phases of a project. In contrast, Castle Building & Remodeling uses a team approach that pairs an experienced Castle Interior Designer with a Castle Project Manager. You will begin by working with a trained Interior Designer who helps you plan the space and make selections that match your taste. After this phase, the team works together to create a detailed set of specifications and proposal. During the production phase, a Project Manager becomes the eyes and ears on site to ensure that the project is executed as planned.
